Submitting a rental application is the first step in leasing one of our properties. If you are interested in leasing a Position Realty rental property, then in order to be considered you will be required to provide the following:
- Position Realty Rental Application
- Position Realty Application Policy
- Copy of Your Driver’s License
- Copy of Most Resent Pay Check Stubs for Both Applicants
- Background Fee of $50 Per Adult
Position Realty Residential Application
Once all this information is provided, then we will process your application for approval. If you are accepted to lease the property, then you will be required to sign a lease agreement and deposit an earnest money deposit to hold the property before move-in.

On your move-in date, one of our licensed real estate professionals will meet you at the house to collect the remaining move-in cost (First months rent, remaining security deposit, pet deposits, etc.) and to conduct a move-in inspection.
