I started the company because as a kids, I grew up helping my parents invest in real estate in the valley and helping them with all of their rental properties. When I was out of college, I remember learning about how my parents lost thousands of dollars by being taken advantage of by a realtor (will not say names) when they were trying to purchase some land off of Shea Blvd and 92nd Street in Scottsdale. Today this land would be worth millions of dollars.
Also, during the real estate boom of 2003 to 2008, my parents and I were purchasing fix and flip properties from our neighbor (will not say names) but our neighbor was taking the majority of the profits before we purchase each property. With these experiences, I decided to get into real estate sales to offer everyone an honest and ethical service with the highest level of integrity.

Meet The Designated Broker
Sean Heideman
Hi, my name is Sean Heideman and I am the owner and designated broker. I hold a business finance degree from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. As for residential, I am a 5-Star Premier Agent with Zillow, a Real Estate Special Commissioner with the Maricopa County Superior Courts where I represent clients navigating divorce or probate proceedings. I serve as an REO (foreclosure) listing agent for Housing and Urban Development, Xome, and Bank of America, and I am an investment specialist, guiding residential and commercial investors in purchasing rental properties, fix-and-flip projects and property management.
Before establishing the company, I gained experience at a private commercial real estate investment firm that acquired large retail and office properties across the U.S. I also worked at the global commercial real estate brokerage Cushman & Wakefield in their Phoenix commercial real estate appraisal department. Also, I gained extensive experience in residential sales and property management for seven years with Prudential Arizona Properties, a subsidiary of Prudential Insurance, prior to starting this company.
I am a dedicated family man with two children from a previous marriage and recently remarried. My wife and I actively attends Worship and Word in Peoria, Arizona, every weekend. I am known for my supportive approach, where I am always available to help my sales team, making myself reachable 24/7 for any real estate questions or challenges they may encounter.
During my downtime, I enjoys spending time with my family, engaging in outdoor activities like mountain biking, hiking, and gardening. I also love camping, playing golf, or simply relaxing at home on the weekends.
