The name Position Realty comes from the marketing term “Positioning” which means “An effort to influence consumer perception of a product (real estate) relative to the perception of competing products.” Every property is unique in one way or another and these unique features or benefits should be advertised to a select number of buyers for a quicker sale and at a higher purchase price.

About The Broker

Sean Heideman has a business Finance Degree from the W.P. Cary School of Business at Arizona State University. He has worked for a number of private commercial real estate investment companies that purchased large retail and office buildings nationwide. He also worked for the worldwide commercial real estate brokerage firm of Cushman & Wakefield in their commercial real estate appraisal department. The majority of his commercial real estate experience is with large office buildings, retail strip centers, garden apartments and large tracks of raw land. He also has extensive experience in residential sales and and property management where he has worked for a number of different real estate brokerage companies including Prudential Arizona Properties. Now, he is the designated broker for Position Realty.
