Meet The Designated Broker:

Sean HeidemanSean Heideman
The designated broker has a business Finance Degree in 2003 from the W.P. Cary School of Business at Arizona State University. He holds a 5 Star Premier Agent status with Zillow, he is a Real Estate Special Commissioner with the Maricopa County Superior Courts, holds the Short Sale and Foreclosure Certification and is a Probate Specialist.

Prior to starting the company he worked for a private commercial real estate investment company that purchased large retail and office buildings nationwide. He also worked for the worldwide commercial real estate brokerage firm of Cushman & Wakefield in their commercial real estate department. He has extensive experience in residential sales and property management where he worked for Prudential Arizona Properties, a subsidiary of Prudential Insurance, for seven year prior to starting the company.

The broker is a dedicated single father who has two beautiful children and actively attends Christ’s Church of The Valley in Peoria, Arizona. He encourages an equal work / life balance for all his employees because he feels this makes his sales people more productive and helps promote a healthier lifestyle which resonates better customer service. On the weekends the broker enjoys spending time with his family, mountain biking, hiking, camping, playing golf or enjoying a relaxing weekend at home.

Nalin Ratnaike
Nalin is originally from Australia and always had a passion of becoming a Realtor in Phoenix, Arizona. He is a Human Resource Specialist and has worked for many large Australian Public and Private sector Organizations in management roles for over 13 years. Nalin has a Masters Degree specializing in Human Resource Management from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia and is also a Chartered Member of the Australian Human Resource Institute.

Cynthia DaSilva
Cynthia is a full time sales associate with a supporting staff that was carefully selected to be part of the DaSilva team. In addition to normal real estate education requirements for licensing, Cynthia has completed rigorous and continuous real estate training to keep her up-to-date on current real estate trends and information. She currently has 35 years of experience in the real estate industry. In order to be successful in working with purchasers Cynthia monitors a large inventory of property and new homes for sale. She is always aware of all the available properties throughout the state of Arizona.

Samantha Lanway
Samantha has lived in Prescott for many years and is an expert on this market. If you are thinking about buying a second home or relocating to the Prescott area Samantha is the agent for you and your family. She takes her time to get to know you on a personal level and will work diligently to help you find the right home.

Katie Bridwell
She has been in the real estate industry for over 15 years and her family has been in the business over 40 years. Real estate is her number one passion. She has a passion and drive to give back to the community and to provide a top notch real estate service.
