Submitting a commercial application is the first step in leasing one of Position Realty’s properties. If you are interested in leasing a Position Realty property, then in order to be considered you will be required to provide the following:
- Position Realty Commercial Rental Application
- Position Realty Application Policy
- Copy of Your Driver’s License
- Copy of Your Tax Returns (2 Years), Bank Statements and Business Profit & Loss, if available
- Copies of Proof of Assets: Mortgage Statements, Securities, Vehicle Registration, etc.
- Copy of Your Business Plan
- Background Fee of $150 Per Application (Apply Below)
Position Realty Commercial Application
Once all this information is provided, then we will process your application for approval. If you are accepted to lease the property, then you will be required to sign a lease agreement and deposit an earnest money deposit to hold the property before move-in.
